I’m a huge video gamer and not much of a gearhead, so when I found a video of two Smart Fortwos playing a made up game called Eball, I found it pretty damn hilarious when I realized it’s just real life car pong. The idea behind the publicity stunt is awesome: build a giant motion sensitive set of tracks, grab a couple of small cars, erect a giant screen, and let any idiot hop in and smash back and forth trying to control a video game. The reasoning, however, is hilariously stupid, and you don’t need to know cars to see that- obviously, car pong is going to teach you about how AWESOME the electric car is at accelerating. Really, watching tipsy Germans gun clown cars back and forth over a ten foot span is obviously proving how blindingly fast they can go. Yes, the video makes this look as simultaneously stupid and fun as this sounds. Watch after the jump.

Entertainment covers movies, television, gaming, music, books, trailers, internet culture, celebrity interviews, viral videos, and the strange corners of pop culture men actually talk about. From Hollywood blockbusters to cult classics and ridiculous online moments, this is where Unfinished Man sorts the good, the bad, and the hilariously overhyped.
Epic Food Name Fails from Around The World
I’ve been known to be a picky eater but at the same time, I also love trying different foods from around the world. But I’m only …
Bitch Slap – Exploitation Film at its Most Confusing
When we saw the trailer for this…. masterpiece, we wondered, “how the hell did we miss this movie?” Bitch Slap came out in 2009, was shown on only 3 screens, and faded relatively quickly into obscurity; this may have something to do with why it never made our radar. We stumbled across this bizarre-yet-sexy grindhouse style flick when looking for scantily clad women online important bacon documents online. Usually exploitation movies are set in glorious bygone decades, but this movie is very much up to date, and manages to work a number of modern locales and references (please note that this still doesn’t improve nor clarify the movie in any way.) I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s a good movie, but it’s hilariously great-bad in its own right. The plot vaguely rotates around diamonds in the desert and Kevin Sorbo and sex nuns and the circus and razor yo-yos and a lot of random sword fights and the world ending. If nothing else, put it on mute and enjoy the comically hot protagonists gratuitously digging holes, scissoring, splashing in the water, feeling each other up, and running through explosions in various states of undress. The Dark Knight Rises Trailer
Finally, it’s here! I heard about the leak of this Dark Knight Rises trailer days ago and was itching to post it up. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t find a copy that wasn’t completely unwatchable. That all changes today, though, and if you haven’t had a chance to see this yet, you’re in for a real treat. Crank up the volume, set the video to maximum resolution, and enjoy the show. The trailer does an excellent job of conveying the mood and happenings of Gotham City, and you may just
The Raid – Lee Hardcastle’s Claycat Cinema
A few weeks ago I saw a status update from a friend who mentioned that he had just seen the most awesome movie ever called The Raid: Redemption. I had never heard of it, but given his high praise, I went and watched it last night. If you’ve ever wanted to see hours of absolutely nothing but straight up fighting and over-the-top violence, this is the movie for you.
What’s even more exciting is that Lee Hardcastle, the mastermind behind Claycat’s THE THING, created his own claymation version of
Retro Television – Game of Thrones and Beyond… 1995 Style
I don’t watch a whole lot of television, but I am quite passionate about the few shows that I do watch. After all, I only watch the best of the best, so might as well go the distance with them.
There’s a problem with this whole, thing. You see, I’ve been watching these shows with the knowledge that I’m seeing them first. No, not before anyone else exactly… but still immediately, the moment that they’re available. Unfortunately, as I learned a mere two hours ago, the whole lot of them, from Game of Thrones to Breaking Bad, were all actually launched in the early 90s on minor family television networks in the United States. Crazy, right? Read on…
Basshunter – Pop-Star, or Street-Fighter?
Singer… songwriter… “actor”. I had never heard of Jonas Erik Altberg (Basshunter) until recently, but his angelic voice and touching lyrics have left quite the impression …
