I’m a huge fan of terrible 80s action movies. I don’t really discriminate, but my favorites are the movies that have a ton of awful dialogue and most importantly, people yelling incoherently as they flail around and attempt to impale each other with swords, metal pipes, or in the case of Deadly Prey, “wooden” javelins. The 80s seemed like a more innocent time, when directors either didn’t realize that their films were terrible, or didn’t care.

Even if you’re not big into cars, you can appreciate that old auto parts can create some bad-ass killer sculptures. Meet Legendary Iron, a user on Zcool.com, who spends most of his days welding scrap iron into giant movie sculptures that look like they’re going to rip you to shreds and then stomp on what’s left of your corpse. Some of his pieces (like the Megatron Tank) have taken up to 2 years to complete, and the detail on others is enough to make you wonder if he doesn’t have some magical elves helping him finish these insane designs. Lockout, the action packed sci-fi thriller starring Guy Pearce and Maggie Grace is hitting theatres soon, and I’m damn excited to go see it. If you’re thinking that the film sounds familiar, you’re right. Lockout is also known as MS ONE: Maximum Security. One of the titles is for the North American release, and the other is for overseas. Which one is which, though? I have no idea.

If you haven’t already heard, it’s true – Judge Dredd is getting a reboot.
