I’ve given this (some) thought, and I’ve concluded that this makes perfect sense in evolutionary terms; red really is an awesome color. For people to find it attractive is completely understandable. Both Altair and Ezio wear clothes accented in red, and they both get tons of medevil ass. Now, having said that… the one exception to this rule is red-heads; they need to be sent back to the fiery pits from whence they came.

I love this video on so many levels. It’s a hilarious perversion of the spirit of such a show, and of course… a clear example of this strategy working in the real world. If puppets can get their twangers plucked, I’m sure you can too.
