1. Notice of Infringement – Claim

To submit a good faith infringement claim, you must provide a written communication that sets forth the following information:

2. Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

4. Contact Information: Your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Warning: Under Title 17 USC §512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

3. Counter-Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. To be effective, it must be a written communication that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the USA, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Unfinished Man takes copyright infringement seriously. We maintain a log of DMCA notices and make a good faith effort to identify repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly violate our intellectual property policies.

5. Disclosure of Information

Please note that we may share the identity and details of any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer for transparency and to allow for a counter-notification.
