A Portable Outdoor Rocking Chair – The Racer Rocker Chair by Loll Designs

One of the best parts of visiting my parents, aside from getting to spend time with family and friends, is that I get to sit in their rocking chair. You see, rocking chairs are a guilty pleasure of mine. I would never own one for fear of seeming like an old man, but… they’re pretty damn fun.

So, what if you had a rocking chair that you could bring camping, far away from the prying eyes of anyone – save for close friends and family? That’s where the Racer Rocker Chair by Loll Designs excels. Made from 100 percent recycled plastic, this outdoor rocking chair includes an open storage trunk in the back to store whatever you want, even a disguise for when you’re sitting in the chair.

Or… you know, I’m being crazy paranoid about sitting in a rocking chair and should just suck it up and embrace it… that’s another option.

The Racer Rocker comes in Charcoal Grey (pictured throughout this article), Leaf Green, Cloud White, Black, Apple Red, Sky Blue, and Chocolate Brown if you’re going for that 70s aesthetic.

Perhaps the best thing about this chair is that it can packed up flat and easily transported; pretty handy given that it’s made to be taken camping. The price, however, is a little less exciting.

The Racer Rocker chair costs a whopping $479 USD, which is pretty hilarious given that it’s a simple design made of recycled plastic. It does look pretty slick, though, and it’s obvious that this sucker is pretty durable.
