The Holden EFIJY concept car from Australia has been around since 2005 but I somehow missed it. For those of you that also didn’t see it earlier, here it is. The car was designed by Richard Ferlazzo and is a wild take on the Holden FJ, “Australia’s most famous car” and the name is derived from that, eFiJy.
The EFIJY has hot-rod styling from the 1950’s and technology from the 21st century. Painted in Soprano Purple, the car seems to change color depending on lighting and the angle you’re looking from. The EFIJY is powered by a 6.0 liter LS2 V8 engine producing 645 horsepower at 6,400 rpm and 560 lb. ft. of torque at 4,200 rpm. The car rides on 20 x 9 inch rims in the front and 22 x 10 inch rims in the back.
