Deus Ex: Human Revolution – English TGS Trailer

Welcome back Adam, you look like a new man.

Today, you’re in for a real treat. Whether you’re a long time fan of the series, or a person who just happened to overhear some friends talking about how awesome this game looks, well… I think you’re really going to enjoy this.

I’ve watched this trailer countless times today and I’ve come to a few conclusions. The music is incredible- Michael McCann has managed to create a sound-scape as haunting as the works of Vangelis in Blade Runner, while capturing the essence of the music composed by Alexander BrandonDan GardopéeMichiel van den Bos, and Reeves Gabrels for the original Deus Ex soundtrack.

I’m really excited about this, for so many reasons – especially the story and dialogue. Human Revolution looks to be eminently quotable; whether it’s the voice actors, the delivery, or the dialogue itself, I couldn’t say – but what I do know is that if the trailer is any indication, Eidos Montreal has managed to create a game that will not only please fans of the original, but any gamer with a desire for agency, and a thirst for good science fiction.
