Whether you believe in evolution or are a creationist, the evolution of man eraser should put a smile on your face.  If it doesn’t then you don’t have a sense of humor and need to spend a little more time on Unfinished Man.

The Evolution Erasers are created by Japanese designer Hiroyuki Shiratori and feature the famous evolution picture of an ape evolving into the modern-day man.  The erasers are shaped into an ape on one side and a man on the other side.  As the eraser is used (yes people still use paper/pencils/erasers), it slowly evolves into

Recently, our geeky friends over at Geek Extreme introduced you to the IDAPT i1ECco, device chargerwhere you can use it to charge two gadgets at once. The creative team at IDAPT has pledged to keep making new ones as more devices roll off the line.

The IDAPT i4 is yet another clever and affordable universal charging system, that claims to be truly universal – the standard set comes with a micro USB, mini USB, standard USB,  Apple tips, Nokia 2, and Samsung 4, but many more can be added. Professional and amateur photographers alike always have to carry a ton of gear to capture the perfect picture. They have to lug around heavy equipment bags and, on top of that, the dreaded heavy DSLR camera, which can weigh up to a few pounds with a lens. Thanks to the innovative people at Peak Design who have come up with a Capture Camera Clip System, it can now be a little bit easier to lug around your DSLR.

The camera clip system is a very easy to use.  It’s a self explanatory system that can attach to the belt around your waist or the strap of your backpack.  With a push of a button, your camera is simply taken out of the clip to quickly capture the perfect image.

A while back, I wrote a few tips on choosing the right television for your bachelor pad and it turns out that I myself needed a new TV set a few weeks ago. I am in the slow process of renovating a small corner of my basement but it’s nothing fancy at the moment because I’m trying to stay on a budget. Luckily for me, we got an email from a PR company called Oglivy and they wanted us to review the LG 42LS3400 LED TV.  How can an Unfinished Man say no to an offer like that, we took on the task of reviewing this 42″ LED TV, all opinions expressed here are my own with no input from LG Electronics or Oglivy.

For thousands of years, people have believed that a death does not necessarily mean that it is the end. That there is another life waiting for us whether it be in heaven, hell, or being reincarnated into something else. Whatever your belief, there is no proof of life after death although scientists are hard at work trying to figure it out. While we look for answers, a few companies have taken the “life after death” thing into their own hands by thinking outside the casket box.

Eternitrees for example, have developed a biodegradable urn that will use the ashes of your loved one and grow into a tree. Cremated ashes contain beneficial plant nutrients which can be released with the help of a unique mixture that can be found in the EterniTrees Urn. The ashes on their own are actually harmful to plants but the formula found in the EterniTrees Urn can cancel out that negative effects. Instead of spreading the ashes of the deceased, this method allows you to have a memorial for your loved one right in your backyard for generations.
