I remember back in the day when I had a job where I had to wear dress pants, dress shirt, and a tie. I had no important paper work but I still needed a “professional” way to carry my lunch. Using a plastic bag from the grocery store is super ghetto and a lunch bag doesn’t exactly match the clothing I was wearing.
