2011 MV Agusta F3 Superbike

2011-MV-Agusta-F3-MotorcycleItalian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta has unveiled their 2011 middle-weight bike ahead of the EIMCA show in Milan, Italy.  The 2011 MV Agusta F3 is a three-cylinder sport bike that is equipped with an engine that is the most compact in its class.

The F3’s engine is a 675cc three-cylinder which uses a counter-rotating crankshaft for reduced vibration.  Power and torque figures haven’t been released yet, but we’re sure there will be enough power to put a smile on those lucky enough to own one of these beautiful motorcycles.

BMW first took a shot at producing a sports bike in 2009, which was a huge success not only because it was an extremely capable motorcycle with state of the art gadgetry but it also looked just as good as its Japanese and Italian competitors.  Just a few short years later, we get a brand new BMW S 1000 RR superbike.

The 2012 S 1000 RR is still powered by the class-leading 193 horsepower engine that has a new throttle map for improved low-speed performance.  The bike comes with rain mode which reduces power to 163 HP in the wet; it’s equipped with an Anti-lock Braking System, and Dynamic Traction Control (DTC).  No word on price yet.

Just in time for fall, we get our first look at the all-new 2013 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R sport bike.  The bike was introduced on September 13 at “The Ninja Time Square Takeover” event, along with the Ninja 300.

Like the previous few generations (starting in 2003), the ZX-6R is powered by a 4-cylinder 636cc engine, which has been tuned a bit and produces 129 bhp which is sent to the rear wheel via a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch.  The chassis is the same as the 2012 model however the bodywork has been reworked and looks similar to the ZX-10R which is not a bad thing.

Sarissa Super-Yacht from Dutch Vitters Shipyard

Dutch Vitters Shipyard has revealed their latest creation, the Sarissa, a 42.6 meter (140 ft) sailing super-yacht. The luxurious Sarissa was designed by the highly praised naval architect Bill Tripp and Rhoades Young Design Ltd. The Sarissa also happens to be the largest Dutch-built carbon fiber sloop to date. I’m usually not a big fan of sail boats but this particular yacht features so much luxury that you have no choice but to like it.

In terms of the exterior, the only thing that is impressive is the size of the sailing yacht. At 42.6 meters, it’s a pretty long boat. Most of the magic on the Sarissa is in its high-quality finishing touches, luxurious interior, and technology. The Sarissa truly is a home away from home.

Marchi Mobile eleMMent PALAZO RV – The Future is Now

Over the last year and a half, we’ve posted about some very luxurious RV/Motor Homes but none of them can come close to the Marchi Mobile eleMMent PALAZO, at least in the (weird) looks department.  The eleMMent PALAZO looks like something from the future but it can actually be bought in the present.  I personally like the weird looks of it; it might not be for everyone.

The 40 foot luxury motor home is powered by a 510 horsepower engine with an automatic transmission; hot gasses are released into the environment via dual sport-exhausts and the RV even comes with a diffuser in the back.  The eleMMent comes with a glow in the dark paint and rides on 28 inch rims (spinners not offered).

Suzuki Grand Vitara in the UK Receives a Facelift

Although Suzuki announced they would stop selling vehicles in the United States (Canada is still a go), operations elsewhere continue to manufacture and sell vehicles.  In Grand Vitara’s 24 year history the vehicle has seen three major facelifts. At Unfinished Man, we love off-roading and the Suzuki Grand Vitara has always been seen as an affordable option when it comes to a vehicle with 4WD capability. It’s a vehicle that’s a little rough around the edges but does the job well enough.

Suzuki has given the new 2013 Grand Vitara a minor facelift which will hit showroom floors this month in the United Kingdom. The prices for the 2013 model will start at £15,995 ($25,635 USD) for the three-door version of the Grand Vitara (SZ3) featuring a 1.6-liter engine.
