Visual Height Weight Chart – Body Size Photos for Men and Women

One of the most critical elements of losing weight and getting fit is consistency, and the only way you’ll work out and eat well is if you’re feeling motivated. That’s why it’s so helpful to use a visual height weight chart to see what you could look like when you hit your ideal weight target. It’s a visual aid to guide your progress.

Looking at a picture of someone who’s at their ideal weight can help you better understand what your target weight should be. It can also inspire you to stay on track with your diet and exercise goals. If you’re trying to lose weight, looking at a height-weight chart can remind you that it’s possible to reach your destination if you’re willing to do the work.

There are a few different ways to find visual height-weight charts. You can look online or in magazines or ask your doctor for one. Once you have a diagram, you can use it to track your progress and see how close you are to reaching your ideal weight.

Unfortunately, most of these tools designed to help you visualize your ideal BMI at different heights and weights are terrible. So I tried them all, and here’s the result…

Where can I find a visual height weight chart?

I recommend using this site and looking at the chart with pictures of people at different heights and weights and setting an end goal for yourself. Setting a celebrity as your target is acceptable too, but I find it a bit less motivating. I think it’s because I know they can afford a full-time personal trainer and nutritionist, which I cannot. I’m guessing you’re probably in a similar position.

Once you’ve picked your target to emulate, continue with the exercise and nutritional plan you’ve chosen, and look at the person you’re emulating every few days to help motivate yourself.

What do you have to lose? I mean, other than the weight.

Once you get this visualization technique under your belt, I think you’ll realize that it’s useful for many aspects of your life, whether losing weight, getting strong, or working towards becoming a powerful lawyer.

You can’t get somewhere if you don’t even know where you’re going, and since we’re such visual creatures, a picture of what you want to look like can make the difference between success and failure.

Are you still having trouble losing weight?

Don’t give up if you’re having trouble reaching your target weight. It can be tough to stay motivated when you’re working so hard, but it’s important to remember that consistency pays off in the end. Keep using your visual height weight chart as a reminder of what you’re working toward to stay on track with your goals.

We are different, so we must pay attention to our body size when trying to lose weight. Using a visual chart like this, you can track your progress and stay motivated on the path to reaching your goals. So don’t give up – keep working toward a healthier and happier you!

Height weight pictures to further motivate you

Another “tool” that I’ve found helpful is looking at Reddit threads where people have lost a lot of weight. Here’s a great example of one of these threads on the LoseIt subreddit.

Looking at other people’s progress pictures can be motivating, especially when you see how different they look after losing a lot of weight.

It can also help to remind you that it is possible to reach your goals, even if you don’t think it is right now. So if you ever feel down about your progress, look at some of these success stories and remember that you can do it too!
