The Casio G-Shock GA-200SH series of watches are the latest watches to come out of the Casio workshop, these watches feature a bit of extra “bling” in the form of metallic paint on the cases and straps.

These G-Shock watches with metallic colors are pretty eye-catching, featuring digital and analog dials with brightly painted Aluminum parts on the dial and the hour and minute hands, offsetting them nicely against the dark cases and straps.  These watches come in three color combinations: Silver with green highlights

If you haven’t been living under a rock for the last year or so, I’m 99.9991% sure you’ve heard of PSY, the Korean singer (or one hit wonder) with his hit song “Oppa Gangnam Style”.  The video to this song has had over 1.5 billion views on YouTube.  If you haven’t heard of PSY, you’re a better man than me, and in case you’re curious, check out Gina’s post on the song, before it was a huge hit (Oppa Gangnam Syle post).

The Horological Machine No. 3 Frog is another really cool and unusual watch, manufactured by Maximilian Busser & Friends (MB & F).  Unlike the previous articles I’ve written on cool & unusual watches, this one is an actual production mode.  Only 32 of these watches will be manufactured, 12 of them will black titanium and the remaining will be regular titanium.

The watch is designed to look like a frog, hence the name.  The two domed ball-like objects on the watch face tell time, the one on the left houses the hour indicator and the one on the right houses the minute indicator, these domes represent the eyes of the frog.  Both of these “balls” are made out of aluminum, for weight savings, which results in

The Indy 500 is just around the corner, it’s also called “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing” by some.  I don’t know about that, it’s just another “race” where the guys (and a few girls) go left and then straight and left and so on.  Sure I’ll watch a bit of it but I wouldn’t accuse it of being the “greatest”, I’ll go as far as calling it a good race, only because it’s the race’s 100^th anniversary.

To celebrate that anniversary, TAG Heuer has just released a special edition chronograph watch, called the TAG Heuer Indy 500 Centennial Chronograph Limited Edition, which is based on the Swiss watchmaker’s Formula 1 watch and only 1,000 pieces will be produced.
