Humans are getting lazier and lazier by the day. We have all these crazy inventions coming out that make simple tasks such as short distance walks obsolete. We have the Yike Bike,Segway, and electric skateboards just to name a few examples.

And now, we can also add electric skates to that list. The electric skates, dubbed as Skataz, uses a 350 watt motor to help you move. The electric motor is attached to one skate as that is sufficient enough to propel you in a forward direction. The Skataz are a bit bulky but the good thing is that you do not have to worry about taking your shoes off to wear them. Top speed of the Skataz is 13.5 miles per hour and acceleration seems to be pretty decent too.

Do you ever leave a Post-It note for your co-worker with an important message to do something yet it never gets done? There is a good chance that the very important note you left for them is one of the many notes left behind by others and has simply become background scenery that gets overlooked.

Last year I wrote a brief post about the Dyson Air Multiplier “Bladeless” fan and crowned it the “coolest fan in the world”.  I would’ve never thought about writing a post on a fan, let alone doing a full review of the fan.  Because, after all, a fan is a fan; but the Dyson Air Multiplier is no ordinary fan and deserves a full review.

I’ve had the fan for a few weeks and I stand behind the “coolest fan in the world” title.  This fan is simply awesome, the design is minimalist and it looks perfect in any room in the house or at the office.  Regular “bladed” fans take away from a nicely decorated room while the Dyson Bladeless fan adds to the design.

Now that Movember is over, I’ve been searching the web to see if I’m able to find a nice razor since I’m now allowed to shave again. I was looking for something a bit more on the high-end side and I came across the Zafirro Iridium. I guess “high-end” means different things to different people.

The Zafirro Iridium is the world’s most expensive razor costing a staggering $100,000 US dollars. Not exactly what I had in mind. Researchers spent three years to develop the Iridium which has a handle that is made out of 99.9% pure iridium. Iridium is the most corrosion-resistant platinum metal and can withstand temperatures of up to 2000 degrees Celsius. The three years of research helped the company gain experience in fields such as rocket engine manufacturing, particle physics, and nanotechnology to create the blades.

If you’ve ever traveled on a rural road or watched an episode of American Pickers, you’ve most likely seen old cars with missing parts, rusting in peoples’ back yards.  Now an Etsy seller called “Classic Wrecks” brings those rusted cars into your home with 1:24 scale model cars.  The cars come complete with missing parts such doors, hood, and engines, broken windows, faded paint, and of course, RUST.

It’s safe to say, none of these cars come with hazards such as snakes, hornets’ nest, and other animals you might find living in the real rusted old cars.  According to the sales page, new models are added daily and they also do special orders based on your preferred cars.
