To shave or not to shave, that is the question I ask myself almost every day. As much as I like the clean shaven look, there are times that I like to have stubble. There are a few reasons why I like to have stubble. The first reason is that the scruffy looks sophisticated in my opinion. The second reason is that I sometimes want to switch it up and attract older women and the clean shaven baby face gets in the way. And when I do grow the perfect length of hair on my face, it’s only for one day because the next day it’s too long for my liking. I’m very picky about the amount of stubble I have and you can see how this can become annoying for me. I’m positive that I can’t be the only guy in this situation. But thankfully, I no longer have to worry thanks to the i-Stubble by Conair.

I’ve already used the i-Stubble beard trimmer several times now and I like the results that I get after using it. The beard trimmer is well designed, light weight, and easy to handle. The trimmer features three buttons and is very easy to figure out. The two upper buttons control the length settings while the lower button is the power button. The beard trimmer features 15 ultra-precise length settings ranging from 5mm in length all the way down to 0.4mm (2 day stubble) in length.  I plan on staying in the 0.4mm to 1.0mm range depending on my mood. The ‘i-Stubble’ also has an easy to read digital display which shows the current setting for the length and battery life. And speaking of battery life, the i-Stubble features a rechargeable battery and can hold a charge for 45 minutes.

Japan, land of the Anime & Manga, the bullet train, ninjas, efficient cars, technology, rice, sushi, and crazy sex dolls has a new cute little invention for us. Well, sort of, as it’s only available in Japan for the time being.

The cute little gadget is called the Twimal by toy maker Takara Tomy and will be available for sale on March 31^st. I know all the Twitter addicts in North America will be dying to get their hands on this one. The Twimal (short for Twitter Animal) is a ‘pet animal’ that will read your tweets for you. It is connected to your computer via a USB cable and is able to read the tweets, replies, tweets from other users, and up to three hash tags. There are two different Twimals to choose from each with a different voice.  This Twitter Animal currently only works with Windows OS. Check out the promotional video below (in Japanese).

We recently showed you guys the Amatoya ATV with firefighting capabilities. As cool as that ATV is, unfortunately, that ATV is still in the concept phases. But I think I have just found the next best thing and the timing is perfect as summer is only months away.

This RC Car is like no other and features a hidden water gun and functional flashing Xenon lights. The two-speed turbo RC car is capable of going up to speeds of 11 mph (when turbo is used) and features advanced battery technology that allows it to run for 40 minutes on a single charge.

Features on the RC Car:

I recently found out about this very handy little gadget called the Water Leak Alarm. This thing reminds me of a little water filter and is able to detect even the tiniest of water drops when it gets close to the alarm.

This thing is very easy to use as there is no programming involved or buttons to push. Simply place the alarm in any area that can be potentially flooded such as under sinks, in the basement near main pipes, toilets, water heater, and close to a washing machine.  Even if a small amount of water touches the detector, a loud alarm (100dB) will sound for up to 24 hours. The batteries are built-in and non-replaceable. But the good news is that the battery will

In the past, we’ve brought you guys the AC Adapter Hidden Camera as a relatively affordable option for home security and making sure our significant other isn’t fooling around behind our back. But if you need more area coverage of the space being recorded, the multifunction clock with a built in motion detection night vision camera just might be the gadget that you need.

The camera can be hidden in plain sight, actually tells you the time, and of course will record when motion is detected within 20 feet. And because it has night vision capabilities, it also has the ability to capture footage in conditions with poor lighting. The camera also has the ability to record up to 24 hours of footage at a resolution of 1280×960 at 30 fps before clearing out the recorded data. The motion detection capabilities also make this camera more efficient as valuable memory won’t be wasted recording an empty room.

Having a chainsaw is one hell of a handy tool to have around the house. A motorized chainsaw is obviously not for everyone. And your standard saw is a good alternative to the motorized chainsaw but it’s still not compact enough. The solution is the Pocket Chainsaw.

The Pocket Chainsaw is perfect for hacking things up such as tree limbs that are getting in the way of the drive way or perhaps the perfect accessory for a camping trip. What makes the Pocket Chainsaw so ideal is the size and its capabilities. It’s small enough to transport in your pocket yet large enough for the job. You could say it’s a grower! 😉
