A few years back, I wrote about some weapons on the smaller side such as Mini Replica guns and the World’s Smallest Cannon. What’s cool about these is that they are hand made and not off the assembly line. Today we’ll be having a quick look at the two different mini weapons I’ve come across the web. The first one is a Mini Crossbow and it’s actually made by the same person who made that awesome mini cannon.
According to the description in the YouTube video below, the mini crossbow is made out of solid 22k gold, sterling silver body/frame, it features a steel spring and steel bow, and has proper looking sights to help guide you. The video below demonstrates the user shooting three types of arrows made out of aluminum. The first is a basic arrow with a steel tip. The second arrow is a “ramming” arrow which features a flat steel head for the tip and is perfect for shattering glass and windows. And the third arrow kind of seems pointless but creates a cool effect is the “flaring” arrow. It’s the perfect arrow for creating fires. Have a look at the video!
Mini Crossbow Demonstration
Now the YouTube video is a few years old and the description says the Mini Crossbow is not for sale however it looks like this YouTube user went on to manufacture the mini crossbow and is available for $68 on EBay. I’m guessing the “for sale” version won’t include the 22k gold and sterling silver but everything else about it seems the same. If the quality is as nice as the pictures and video, I’d totally be down for getting one. The draw force on this little bad boy is 5.9 pounds and the crossbow weighs in at only 28 grams.
The second weapon also happens to be a crossbow. This one is not as mini but definitely cheaper as it’s made of everyday office supplies. Office Supplies Crossbow
The crossbow made out of office supplies is definitely not as cool or effective as the mini crossbow but still a fun little project for the office or home as long as no living creatures are injured.
