The Orient Enforcer Watch

I’ve said it many times in the past, and I’ll say it again, Orient is one of my favorite affordable watch brands.  You get quite a bang for the buck with their automatic watches.  Their latest watch is the Orient Enforcer SEZ07003D0, which is a pretty good looking everyday watch.

This, new for 2013, watch has an elegant look with a bit of toughness; I think the lugs on the case give it that tough look.  The case is brushed stainless steel, measuring 43.5 mm, with an eye catching blue dial.  The sub-dials are finished in silver with red hands, which nicely offset the blue background.

The dial is clutter free with three sub-dials; the power-reserve dial is placed under the 12 o’clock position, the second indicator is place above the 6 o’clock position, and there is a date indicator dial by the 9 o’clock position.  The date sub-dial is hard to read, you’d need to look really hard and count the little indices to tell exactly what date it is.

The watch comes with a stainless steel bracelet and the dial is covered with sapphire crystal, the see-through case-back is covered with mineral glass.  The Orient Enforcer is powered by Orient’s in-house caliber 46J43 automatic movement with 40 hours of power reserve and is water resistant to 100 meters.

The Orient Enforcer SEZ07003D0 is priced at $735 but you can bring that down by 30% by applying the discount code available at orientwatchusa.com.
