If you ask my friends how they would describe me, they would probably tell you – after going on about how handsome and charming I am – that I absolutely love salt and butter. I’m honestly not even sure which one I love more. Thankfully the butter in this household is always salted, so I don’t even need to choose.
But why am I going on about butter?
Well, it’s kind of a mess to work with. I had resigned myself to the cold, sad reality of messily dicing butter out of the fridge each morning for my fried eggs, but it seems I had given up far too early. You see, there’s a new gadget in town called the Butter Twist that makes this buttery nightmare a thing of the past.
I’ll let them do the heavy lifting here in the explanation department, but in essence this is a handy little device that allows you to measure and administer butter with ease and precision, just the kind of thing that an obsessive gadget nerd with a love of cooking needs.
