Rezvani Motors Beast Roadster

Feast your eyes on the sexy looking Rezvani Beast Roadster, although the pictures are computer generated and there is no working car, yet.

The Beast will be sold by the newly formed California-based Rezvani Motors; the body will be built by N2A Motors and the engines tuned by DDM Works, based in South Carolina. The Beast is actually an Ariel Atom under that beautiful bodywork, designed by Samir Sadikhov, who was one of the finalists at the Ferrari World Design contest.

On paper, the Rezvani Beast looks pretty damn sexy, it looks like a miniature supercar, and the design reminds me a bit of the Lamborghini Reventon. All of the body panels will be made out of carbon fiber and the car will come with a more practical and better equipped interior. The whole package is said to weigh 1,550 pounds. I’ve always liked the Ariel Atom but didn’t like the fact that it had no creature comforts, like a windshield.

The cars will come in two specs, the Beast 300 and Beast 500. The 300 will be powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine producing 315 horsepower, with a 0-60 mph time of 2.9 seconds. The Beast 500 will be powered by a 2.4 liter supercharged engine producing 500 horsepower, with a 0-60 mph time of 2.7 seconds!

The Rezvani Beast 300 will have a starting price of $119,000 and the Beast 500 will start at $139,000. You can also bring your own Ariel Atom to the company and they’ll work their magic on it for $49,000 for the 2.0 liter engine cars and $69,000 for the 2.4 liter engine cars.

These should be fun little cars, if it ever sees the light of day. They have supercar looks, are very fast, lightweight, and are reasonably priced. I’m hoping the company is successful and we get to see these cars in real life. Via: Rezvani
