Monkii Bars: Take the Gym With You

I’ve been going to the gym, on and off, for a better part of the past two decades; my main excuse for not going regularly is a lack of time. I do try to work out at home but taking out the weights and putting them back becomes just another chore and my room becomes a mess. So rather than cleaning up, I don’t even bother taking out all the weights in the first place.

Monkii Bars is kind of an alternative to the gym or a messy, weights-filled room; not a full blown alternative, but it will keep you in shape. The best part is, the Monkii Bars come in a lightweight, compact, self-containing case that you can take with you anywhere and set up your “gym”.

This workout apparatus consists of a pair of cylinders that are used as handles, the cylinders house 18 foot long suspension line. Wrap the line around any sold object, adjust the length, and get working out. The Monkii Bars can be used to exercise your core, upper body, and lower body with exercises like push-ups, pulls, dips, curls, flys, rows, and many more exercises. Check out the video below to see how easy it is to set up Monkii Bars and see the exercises.

The Monkii Bars come in three colors: Tactical Black, Dark wood/green plugs, and Light wood/blue plugs. A pair of Monkii Bars will cost you $120. [Buy It]
