The Lamborghini Aventador becomes even more outrageous in the Aventador LP750-4 SuperVeloce Roadster spec. Based on the Aventador SV Coupe, the roadster gives the owner the freedom of open-top driving and also removes barriers between the driver/passenger and the beautiful sound of the V12 engine.
The SV version of Lamborghini cars are lighter than their regular cars, super veloce standing for super light; the LP750-4 SV Roadster weighs in at 3,472 pounds, which is 110 pounds lighter than the Aventador LP700-4 Roadster.
The Aventador LP750-4 SuperVeloce Roadster is powered by a naturally aspirated V12 engine, producing 750 PS (740 horsepower) at 8,400 rpm and 509 pound-feet of torque at 5,500 rpm. Power is sent to all-four wheels via a 7-speed ISR transmission. All this power moves the SV Roadster to 62 mph in 2.9 seconds (0.1 seconds slower than the SV Coupe) and reaching a top speed of 217 mph (349 km/h).
The Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV Roadster will hit showrooms in early 2016, only 500 of these lightweight supercars will be produced with a price tag of $530,075 in the United States.
