The Secrets of Maintaining Your Car at Home Without Doing Anything!

As a car owner, you will no doubt have little time to do much vehicle maintenance. Even giving your car a clean can be a time-consuming exercise in today’s busy world. The sad truth is that some people neglect their cars because they just don’t have the time.

What those people don’t realize is one can maintain their cars at home without lifting a finger. So, what kind of magic does this entail? The thing is; you don’t need any magic. Let me share with you some examples of how you can keep your car looking and running great without doing a thing:

Mobile car valeting

There will come a point every so often where you need to clean your BMW or Ford, for example. Some people don’t realize the negative connotations associated with a dirty car.

First of all, the dirt can cause damage to the paint and body panels. Second, if your licence plates aren’t clear, you are causing a criminal offence. And, third, your pride and joy will look like an eyesore!

Most people will spend a day every other weekend washing their cars at home. Of course, that demands the allocation of time. There is the car wash option, but the results are never worth the money paid. The better alternative is to opt for mobile car valeting.

In a nutshell, you hire a professional detailer to spend the day cleaning your car. They will give it the showroom shine and you won’t have to lift a finger to help! Mobile valeters come with the tools they need, and most will even provide their own water! This is useful for situations where you don’t have an outside tap, for example.

Mobile tyre fitting

To ensure your car is road-legal, one thing you must do is check the condition of your tyres. If the tread depth is low, you could be committing an offence by driving on “bald” tyres. It’s also important to note that tyres only have a limited lifespan.

The industry recommends you change them every eight years. That’s because the rubber used in tyres will break down over time. If you don’t have the time to get your tyres changed, you can use AA Tyres. The benefit of doing so is you can have your tyres changed on your driveway.

Now you don’t need to waste hours waiting around at a tyre centre. The workers and their tools can come to you. And you can get the work done while enjoying a cup of tea from the comfort of your home!

Mobile car maintenance

It’s often inconvenient to leave your car at a garage for repair. There might be times where you don’t have the means to drop off and pick up your car. And if your boss won’t give you any time off to do that, you’ll never be able to get your car serviced!

More people are turning to mobile mechanics for help. The work gets done on their driveway or in their garages. What’s more, the mechanic will be focusing on the task at hand. That means there is less scope for errors than in a conventional garage.

These aren’t `Secrets’ of car maintenance just different options for those too lazy to do these things themselves. Another crappy non-article by a wannabe journo.
