Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 44 London Chronograph

Many sports aficionados know Omega is the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games and has been for the past 24 events (summer and winter).  To commemorate the 25th time as the official timekeepers, Omega has released a special watch for the 2012 London Olympic Games called the Seamaster Aqua Terra 44 London Chronograph.

I was expecting something more “grand” or “Olympic-sized” than what looks to be just another Aqua Terra.  The watch does come with the ugly London Olympics logo but at least it’s on the back side of the watch.

So what does the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 44 London Chronograph (now that’s a mouthful) offer?  It comes in two optional 44 mm cases, either a stainless steel case with a matching bracelet (pictured above) or an 18 k rose gold and stainless steel case on a black leather strap.  The watch comes with the usual chronograph sub-dials and blue PVD coated dial.  Omega hasn’t released information on prices for their latest watches.
