Loder1899 Tuned Jaguar XF V6 S Diesel

The newly updated Jaguar XF diesel isn’t available in North America, but the Europeans can get the car with a 3.0 liter V6 diesel engine and now they have one more option for individualizing their XF’s.

Loder1899, a car tuning company from Germany that I had never heard of, has presented their styling and performance package for the Jaguar XF diesel; which looks quite good in my opinion.  The upgrades include an engine tune that increases the stock V6’s output form 271 horsepower to 306 and increases the torque from 442 pound-feet to 501 lb-ft.  The tuned XF reaches 62 mph (100 km/h) in 6.2 seconds, down from the stock version’s 6.4 seconds.

The tuning kit also includes an appearance package which gives the XF a very sporty look.  Loder1899 did away with the chrome pieces and painted them black; they’ve added 21” wheels, 35 mm lower ride height, front apron, carbon fiber diffuser and lid spoiler, and tinted lights.  I think the black-out treatment on the lights and chrome pieces really set this car apart.

The Loder1899 styling and appearance package isn’t cheap; starting at €12,455 (or about $16,300 US at today’s exchange rate) and this doesn’t include labor and paint costs. Via: Loder1899
