Let Your ‘Instinct’ Keep You Safe

In life you can never be sure when you’ll be faced with an emergency. While that may sound like an intimidating start to this article, it’s an important thing to keep in mind. What if you’re out running and injure yourself or you’re being attacked? Maybe you live alone and you’re afraid of break ins. Really anything can happen and sometimes you don’t always have the opportunity to grab your phone and send a text or make a phone call to either a friend or police. These can be scary thoughts, but that’s why Revolar has created a device that gives you security but the flexibility to use in an emergency.

Instinct by Revolar is a small safety device that is discreet and sleek looking. It can attach to any part of your clothes without being noticed, or even a purse or bag if you’d prefer.

So how does it work? When you’re in need of help, you can click it once, twice or three times to let contacts know your location and that you need assistance, are in an emergency or feel unsafe. What really makes Instinct so amazing is it has so many personalisation settings so you can choose what it says and what contacts you’d like to alert. Two clicks will automatically ring your phone with a pre-recorded call, should you be in a situation where you need to have a voice at the other end.

The device will silently vibrate to let you know when each alert is triggered, giving you the ability to focus on what’s happening, rather than worry about whether your contacts have received your message or if it’s working.

This device doesn’t only need to be used for emergencies, as you can also send what they call positive check-ins, just to make sure people know where you are, and you can also track your steps. It will also chirp if you’ve misplaced it to help you locate it again.

One of the best things about this device is that there are no monthly fees, unlike some of the other emergency devices that require you to pay monthly to use the service. The device itself only costs $80 and that’s a small price to pay to ensure safety and help you feel more confident and safe in your daily life.

The battery lasts up to a year and can easily be replaced, so it’s not the kind of thing that requires ongoing maintenance.

Ultimately there’s nothing more important than your safety and this device is perfect for dire emergencies, health emergencies and everything in between. The level of personalization and lack of monthly fees makes it pretty much the best emergency button option out there. And with it being so small and sleek, you won’t even avoid wearing it.

Hi Guys, I’d like to take the time to thank you for reading some info about me. My mission here as a writer at Unfinished man, is to entertain and inform on all things, from cars and gadgets, to reviews and life. I have a Bachelor in business but never really enjoyed school. I’d much prefer to spend time working on Unfinished Man than spending my days working long hours in some stuffy office. I love green tea and pistachios and my favourite fruit is pomegranate (weird I know). I hate the water but love nature, especially the nature here in my adopted country of Canada.
