Romain Jerome Pac Man watches

Limited Edition Romain Jerome PAC-MAN Watches

After successfully introducing the Space Invader watches, Romain Jerome is going to be producing another set of watches with a classic video game theme.  This time the watches feature the iconic PAC-MAN game design on their dials and like the Space Invader watches; you can’t actually play the games.

Romain Jerome teamed up with NAMCO BANDAI to create these retro-tastic limited edition timepieces, only 80 will be produced with 4 versions of the design (20 pieces in each design).  I’ve seen the PAC-MAN design used on some clocks and many low-end watches but this is the first time

Jaeger LeCoultre AMVOX7 Chronograph watch

Jaeger-LeCoultre AMVOX7 Chrongraph Aston Martin Watch

Swiss watchmaker, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Aston Martin have been collaborating on automobile themed watches for 8 years and their latest creation is the AMVOX7 chronograph, the 7th watch in the line.

The watch is a pretty good looking piece but to say the dial is “busy” would be an understatement.  It took me over 10 minutes to find the date window (located at 6 o’clock position), I thought the sub-dial at the 3 o’clock position was for the date and the sub-dial at the 9 o’clock was for months, boy was I wrong.

Romain Jerome Steampunk Color Chronograph

Romain Jerome Steampunk Chronograph Watches

Romain Jerome is known for making some very unusual watches, like the Titanic DNA (with metal from the Titanic) and the Moon Dust watch (with real moon dust).  The Swiss watchmaker has just added 5 new watches to their Titanic DNA/Steampunk Chronograph line; with a hint of color to brighten them up.

The Romain Jerome Steampunk Chronograph color watches also come with metal from the Titanic; these watches come in 5 colors (yellow, orange, red, blue, and green) and are limited to 99 pieces in each color.  The watches are priced at a cool $15,950 each; I know that’s a steep price, you might check out these guys for something a little more affordable.

The Steps to Changing a Knot Theory Knot

Knot Theory – Killer Ties for Finished Men

One of Knot Theory's Sexy Duel Ties

As resident unfinished femme, I don’t really get to wear ties. Frankly, that’s a damn shame. There was a brief period at the end of highschool where I rocked them with low cut shirts, but then Avril Lavigne came along and all of the sudden her complete un-coolness sunk the tie into a fog of work wear, weddings, funerals and douchey accessories. It’s time for men to stop looking at ties as the yokes of conformist society and start working them; most girls will bashfully admit there is something dashing about a man in a sharp tie… and we love to be able to tug on it playfully. In the interest of bringing sexy back to men’s neckwear, check out Canadian company Knot Theory.
