Art or Speaker? With Tivoli, I Got Both.

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Tivoli Audio. All opinions are 100% mine.

As November has drawn to a close this year and we are well into December, the time has come to get into the holiday spirit. Music has always been a big part of it for me. I won’t get motivated to drag the boxes of decorations out of the garage until I’ve got “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” blasting through the house.

This year, I decided to ditch the unattractive, wire-tangled mess that was my old sound system and accept a wireless Tivoli Audio ART Speaker after also checking out their Cube Speaker. I needed something that sounded beautiful while looking just as great.

From the moment I opened the packaging , I knew that I had found an ideal speaker for music lovers who also enjoy it enhancing their stylish home. The combination of gray Gabriel fabric and real walnut wood make this a speaker that looks like no other. While the ART can be displayed on a stand, the reason I chose it was because I could hang it on the wall—a functional speaker that looks like a piece of hip artwork.

I connected the ART to my phone via Bluetooth and turned on Mariah Carey’s stunning version of “O Holy Night” at the request of my girlfriend. This speaker might be small, but it packs a huge audio punch with was immediately blown away by the ample bass and beautiful sound it puts out. I found that I could play and pause my music via the touch-sensitive logo on top of my speaker. Additional controls were easily accessible at the bottom of the speaker, but once I connected it to my phone, I had full control in the palm of my hand.

The ART Speaker runs on a rechargeable battery, making it truly wireless. I carried my speaker and phone into the garage with me and got in the Christmas groove as I found all my boxes of stockings, bows, and tiny reindeer. Bring it on, Saint Nick!

After I brought the decorations inside, I sat down to connect my new speaker to my home wifi system. After visiting the app store to download the easy-to-use Tivoli ART Audio Wireless app to my phone, I was ready to experience all the ART had to offer. With the ART serenading me from the living room wall, I went back to work got the house all Santa-ed up.

I can’t wait to see what people think about the ART when they arrive for this year’s Christmas party. I’m pretty excited about building my complete Tivoli sound system, too.The sound quality from just one speaker is so impressive that I can’t wait to add a second speaker for stereo sound. Eventually, I’ll connect four ART speakers to create a rich and vibrant hi-fi audio system.

Tivoli speakers make great gifts for the music lover in your life that’s hard to please. In fact, I know of someone who is going to love opening a brand new Tivoli CUBE on Christmas morning. (I hope they aren’t reading this!) Like my ART, the CUBE can connect to Bluetooth and wifi, and its clean lines and throwback style make it look like a retro speaker.
