I’m not going to sugar coat it for you, this is a really bad video. Pound On My Muffin by Shira (no relation to She-Ra of 80s cartoon fame) is a song about the rigors of running a muffin shop in the ghetto, and the frequent shenanigans that the owner often finds himself in. As you’ll quickly realize, the song has absolutely nothing to do with vaginas… no metaphorical references to them in any way, shape, or form.
If you’re brave enough to click the play button, prepare yourself for an aural assault by a woman who – as my girlfriend aptly puts it – looks like a 40 year old chain smoking Estonian prostitute. This, my friends, is the woman who will teach you all about the many types of muffins available for one to sample. I, for one, can say that I have absolutely no desire to sample her muffin, or even her frosted cupcake.

If you’ve managed to make it through the entire video, I commend you. It took me a few tries before I was able to stomach it, and even then I was in pain the entire way through. After having seen a slew of awful music videos this year, I would actually go so far as to say that Rebecca Black should watch her back when it comes to holding the crown of worst music video of the century. Rebecca and Shira have both managed to create terrible videos, about terrible things, and have them be obnoxiously catchy.
Damn you both! But… please make more. The world needs more happiness in these sad times.

Great video, I think it needs a bit more muffins and a shot of their retail shop would also have been a good idea showcasing all the types of muffins and other baked goods they have for sale.
It was also very nice of their father to drive them around on his Camaro.
