Crank up the Electric Six, cause there’s going to be a fire at the disco when you pull up in Jaguar’s latest hybrid supercar concept, the C-X75. Marking its 75th anniversary, Jaguar created a design concept that was to celebrate its iconic heritige over the years and transcend it’s automotive innovation into future.
By combing four powerful 195bhp electric motors at each wheel, the C-X75 has the potential range of about 110km (68 miles) on a single charge on the fully electronic mode with zero emissions.
But that all changes in the charge sustaining mode. Mounted behind the seats are two micro gas-turbines that generate an additional 188bhp that can charge the batteries to extend the range of the car to an astonishing 900km (560 miles). In track mode, the the C-X75 has the potential to top out at 330kph (205mph) at 778bhp and 1180lbs of torque.
