There’s a Coffee Table Inspired by Inception

Christopher Nolan’s impressive Inception isn’t a likely source of inspiration for furniture design, unless you’re a talented artist named Stelios Mousarris. His Wave City Coffee Table table is inspired by one of the most enduring visuals of the motion picture: the dream city bent in half to demonstrate the power of dream designers. Even more exciting is that now there’s a bent city table, and you can have it in your very own space!

If your friends and family are big fans of the movie, good luck trying to keep them away from the table. I’m not sure about you, but I wouldn’t exactly want people spilling drinks on this beautiful work of art.

Stelios Mousarris is a Cypriot designer. He finished university with a bachelor’s degree in design making, and went on to create fantastic creations, like this very table. Moussaris worked as a model maker for Foster and Partners, and an assistant designer at Duffy London. Choosing that he wants to make his own distinct funky furniture, he began the Mousarris company.
