It doesn’t seem like that long ago when the first Sony PlayStation was introduced, I wasted many good hours of my youth playing games on that beautiful machine. It’s hard to believe it has been 20 years since the PlayStation was launched; to celebrate, Sony is releasing a limited edition PlayStation 4 20th Anniversary Edition.
The console has the same specs as the regular PS4 but it’s painted in grey, paying homage to the original PlayStation. Each unit will be individually numbered with only 12,300 units available worldwide at a price of $499/€499.
