It’s pretty simple to use the HidrateMeApp and it connects to your mobile device via Bluetooth. You simply input male or female, your age, height, weight, and how active you are. Based on these details, the HidrateMe App will tell you how much water you should be drinking everyday, how you are progressing, and remind you if you start to fall behind. You can make it even more accurate by providing you location so the app can adjust your daily water intake based on the temperature, humidity, and even your elevation.

A water bottle shouldn’t cost you very much but since it’s smart and tells you when to drink, they will charge you $45 on the Kickstarter page. Or you can be less forgetful and get a standard water bottle.
