The release date for Deus Ex: Human Revolution (DE:HR) has come and gone, and in its wake we find a mountain of fan made videos and art. I find most of them pretty crappy, but this video from Cnet’s Associate Editor Craig Simms is super awesome. Craig shows us the top 5 ways to tell that you’ve played far too much DE:HR. The video starts off a bit slow and un-funny, but quickly changes tone for the better. Craig applies a number of Deus Ex inspired tactics to getting around his office and dealing with his co-workers, and most of them are pretty accurate to the game, right down to the hilariously awkward social sequences and facial expressions.

My favorite part of the video is when Craig dresses as Adam Jensen to hand in his resignation letter. This reminds me of my terrible trench coat wearing days as a young adult and how awesome I thought I looked at the time. Just a hint for anyone who’s skinny and thinks it would be cool to wear a trench coat… don’t do it, just… don’t. You’ll thank me later.
