I run every day. Not far, just a couple of miles, but it’s something I do year round, for years. I also hike regularly and try to fit in some circuit training when I can (meaning, on days I’ve had a bacon cheeseburger AND French fries…and some ice cream).

This is the time of year I buy new running shoes. It’s that same feeling you used to get when you got new shoes for the beginning of school or a new backpack. There’s nothing like it and when I look at the calendar and see Labor Day is just around the corner, I start researching websites and other blogs to see what the new “it” shoe is. Having just been through this again, I gotta tell you, I just go straight to Slickdeals, then see what kind of Columbia Coupons I can apply and find everything I need to find the right pair at the best price.

I remember last year I found this incredible price on Slickdeals for those super thin down coats from their Omniheat collection. You know the ones I mean, that you can literally roll up into a ball and are fantastic to layer with other things for whatever your winter outdoor activities are?

This year, I’ve got my eye on their Teck Trail and Cross Trail tops. I wear these to layer for running and hiking as the weather gets colder. There are so many options out there for sportswear but for me, it just doesn’t make sense to spend crazy amounts when the one brand that delivers great fit, looks, comfort and support can be found at prices that are hard to beat from Slickdeals and/or Columbia Coupons.
