4 Tips for Men Dealing With Acne Breakouts

One of the first things a person will notice about you is the condition of your skin. You shouldn’t care what people think about you but with that being said, one should also look their best regardless of what others think. Teenagers aren’t the only ones that are “victims” of acne breakouts. Sometimes, it can continue well into adulthood. Even worse, your acne starts many years past your teenage years. You may start to notice that your skin is starting to break out even though you are in your late 20’s or early 30’s. Among the most common problems that a man can face as they age is acne breakouts. Having unsightly bumps all over your face can lead to a reduction in your confidence and a variety of other problems. With a bit of hard work and some professional help from Dore Aesthetics, you should have no problem restoring the appeal your skin has lost due to an acne breakout. Read below to find out some helpful tips on how to keep your skin acne free.

1. The Right Face Wash Goes a Long Way
The main thing that you have to do to keep your skin looking great on a consistent basis is to invest in quality skin care products. With all of the different face washes and scrubs on the market, finding the right one may take a bit of time and effort. When choosing a face wash, you need to make sure it contains salicylic acid. This acid is among the most effective substances used to treat and prevent acne breakouts. If you want to stop these skin problems before they start, then finding these types of face washes is your best bet. Be sure to consult with a skin care professional to get some guidance regarding the right skin care regimen for your particular problems.

2. Exfoliating Your Skin is Essential
Getting an exfoliating scrub is also a great way to keep acne at bay. By exfoliating our skin 2 to 3 times a week, you can get rid of the excess oil that is built up in your pores. Neglecting to get rid of this oil will usually lead to the formation of pimples and other skin imperfections. Regularly exfoliating your skin will also help to reduce clogged pores and can make your skin look years younger. When exfoliating, be sure to avoid using too much force due to the problems it can cause. Scrubbing too hard can actually damage your skin and leave it looking red and irritated. Due an exfoliating scrub deep cleansing nature, you should only use it a few times a week to reap the maximum benefits offered.

3. Treating Pimples with Spot Cream
If you do have occasional pimples, the last thing you want to do is pop them due to the increased skin damage this can cause. Your best course of action when dealing with skin problems like this is to treat them with pimple spot cream. A higher-quality cream will usually allow you to get rid of a blemish in as little as 48 hours. The active ingredient in these types of treatments is benzyl peroxide. This substance not only helps to dry out the oil inside of a pimple, it can help to fight off future breakouts as well. Researching the various pimple creams on the market is essential when attempting to make the right decision.

4. Use Face Masks to Reduce Oily Skin
For men who are constantly battling oily skin, finding a way to get a handle on this problem is a top concern. Utilizing the power of natural face masks is a great way to reduce skin oil and will help you retain your skin’s youthful glow. Using these masks a couple of times a month is advisable. When choosing face masks to use, try to avoid any that have harsh chemicals in them. The last thing you want is to damage your skin due to a lack of research.

If you have tried everything and still are unable to get your acne under control, it may be time to visit a dermatologist. These skin care professionals will be able to get to the root cause of your problems with ease.

a bit of tea tree oil added to whatever you use for acne can help though I’d suggest using it at night as it can be a bit harsh. also a mix of baking soda and coconut oil works really well just don’t scrub because the baking soda is abrasive. as for inside out cleansing of your body and the best overall health supplement I’ve ever taken natural sulfur crystals aka pure MSM is great stuff. it helps get oxygen too your cells and helps clean them out and function efficiently, also helps with inflammation and the pain that can go along with it but back to skin… it’s very good for skin.
