The Music Box – Big Impact, Small Budget

YouTube player

Check out this great video, The Music Box, produced and choreographed by Daniel Cloud Campos. Outside of the fact that the coordination and dance chops are top notch, what amazes me is the stunning quality of the video, which was shot entirely on a EOS Canon 7D SLR. Between the flawless bboy antics and seamlessly edited video, this digital short (taken from a longer movie called “Welcome Home”) is well worth the watch. Taking just a (not even video) camera and a warehouse space, Campos has put together an inspiring piece that will have your toes tapping and you wondering what you can find to bang and chuck around your house while filming it. You can check out the rest of Daniel Cloud Campos’ video projects here.

Author, Designer, and "that girl your mother warned you about." Looking good seems to be my job, whether it's working with the site design, or a number of other more interesting capacities. I have a ridiculous sense of humour and a brutal sense of honesty- you'll see a lot of that coming through in my writing, so don't say I didn't warn you if I somehow manage to offend you AND hurt your feelings at the same time. On the plus side, it makes my dating and advice columns a lot more pertinent to an unfinished man in the real world.
