Solo on the Go: Top Travel Destinations for Single Men

There are many of us that live and travel alone these days. If you are a single male traveler, there are a number of popular destinations that are considered great places to head to if you are male solo on the go.

Having a Chase Freedom card as your travel companion will help you unlock some discounts and free concierge services, and there are a number of other useful resources and tips that will give you the opportunity to book a vacation to remember.

Here is a look at some places that make excellent travel destinations for single men.

The entertainment capital

It may not be an original place to start when suggesting top travel destinations, but you simply can’t ignore all of the attractions that Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world, has to offer.

If you were ticking off a checklist for fun things to do on a vacation, Vegas pretty much covers them all. Great food, a real party atmosphere, casinos and a vibrant nightlife scene are all on offer in Las Vegas and if you haven’t been you should, and if you have already done the strip, you probably want to do it again.

Where your money goes further

Bangkok in Thailand offers an incredible nightlife, great scenery and lots more besides.

One of the many attractions about Bangkok is that in comparison to some other parts of the world, your money often seems to stretch a lot further on these shores. This is good news, if you are looking to party and fancy the chance to live the life of a high roller while you are there, without having to worry too much about hurting your bank balance.

Away from the bars and the incredible nightlife, Thailand is an amazing country which offers travelers plenty of adventure and challenges, so if you are a solo male traveler, this is a country well worth putting on your list.

Unique identity

As unique travel experiences go, Hong Kong is a hard one to top.

The reason for this is that what you get with Hong Kong is a truly unique blend of eastern and Western culture colliding, creating an island that enjoys a truly unique identity and one that will leave a lasting impression on your when you go there.

This wealthy metropolis simply oozes wealth and personality, so it would be well worth planning a trip to these shores and seeing for yourself just how unique Honk Kong really is.

Where wealth and culture combine

In what is almost a total contrast to the last suggested destination, there are a number of compelling reasons why Moscow in Russia should make your list of intended destinations.
You can almost feel the money all around you when you visit Moscow, as it is home to more billionaires than any other city in the world, but what you see with your eyes is a stunning example of what happens when wealth and culture combine.

Iconic and historic sites like the Kremlin now share the city with some towering skyscrapers. Add in the cultural opportunities like the Bolshoi Ballet, numerous historical venues and a lively nightlife, and you can see why Moscow welcomes so many visitors every year.

Capital of culture

If you have not heard mention of Tallinn before, this capital of culture that is also the capital of Estonia, definitely warrants its inclusion on your list of places to visit.

It is hard to argue with the observation that Tallinn is a cultural and economic epicenter and when you consider it is one of the smallest cities you will encounter, with about half a million inhabitants, it offers way more to visitors than you might imagine it was capable of.

What you get with Tallinn, is some incredible historical buildings as part of the landscape, whilst you also get a city that is quickly gaining a reputation for being one of the top digital cities in the world.

The city was named as Europe’s capital of culture in 2011 and when you feel and see the persuasive mix of heritage and modernism, you appreciate why Tallinn is a city that simply needs to be visited.

Depending on what sort of adventures you are looking for as a solo male traveler, you are definitely spoilt for choice. Other places that were worthy of consideration on the list included Cairns in Australia, which gives you great access to the iconic Great Barrier Reef and Machu Picchu in Peru, if you want to take in one of the most breathtaking historical sites to be found anywhere.
