Only Watch 2011: Zenith Left-Handed Watches

Only-Watch-2011-Zenith-Watches

Zenith is one of my favorite luxury watch manufacturers and I’m glad to see them attending the 2011 Only Watch charity event in Monaco in September.  However, unlike most of the other manufacturers at the event, Zenith will be bringing twice as many watches.

Zenith will be bringing two watches and both of the watches are left-handed (or “lefties”), designed for those one in ten left handed people in the world.  The two timepieces are from the Pilot Chronograph and Captain Chronograph lines.  The Captain Chronograph watch comes with a gold case and is intended to be worn during the week as you meet with high-class clients and close on million dollar deals.  The Pilot Chronograph watch comes in a steel case and has a sporty look to it, ideal for the weekend as you leave your busy city life and enjoy some time on your yacht or at the cottage.

Both of these elegant timepieces are powered by the world renowned Zenith El Primero calibre movements, this legendary movement was first introduced in 1969.  The El Primero is the world’s most accurate series-produced mechanical movement because of its ability to beat at 10 vibrations per second, as opposed to the industry standard of 8 vibrations per second.
