Captain America: Civil War
With a release date of May, 6, Captain America: Civil War will give us the perfect start to our must see movies this summer. If you are a fan of the original Captain America or The Avengers, this film is sure to please any lad.
X-Men: Apocalypse
The release date of this action-thriller is May, 27. We have been anticipating the release of this film since the last of the X-Men movies. A must see for and gentleman because let’s face it, we were all X-Men fans as children. You probably still have you Wolverine action figure tucked away in a box under your mattress.
Warcraft
If you have ever played the popular video game, you won’t want to miss this fantasy film. Pick your side of humans vs. monsters on June, 10.
The Nice Guys
If you are in the mood for a good comedy this summer, check this one out on May, 20. This film is set in the 1970s and involves the investigation of a porn star suicide. We can’t wait to see what kind of antics will be involved in this one.
The Conjuring 2
Perhaps a horror film will tickle your fancy this summer. In this case, you will need to feast your horror desiring eyes on The Conjuring 2. If you enjoyed the original, you will no doubt be just as frightened by the sequel. This horror is released on June, 10.
Independence Day: Resurrection
Two decades ago we watched Will Smith save the planet from invading Aliens. Although Will won’t be the one saving us this time, we can’t wait to see what kind of new age defenses the military has in stored for earth’s survival. In order to see if the planet will be saved again we will have to wait until June, 24.
Ghostbusters
Three decades later, we still know who we’re going to call. Although, it will be hard to beat the hilarity of the original cast, we are eager to see how the mainly female team of ghost busters will adapt to the role. The release for this modern reenactment is a late July, 15.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows
The turtles are returning from the sewers once again to save the day. We were all fans of the classic turtle movies and this one will be no different. In order to see what kind of mischief Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Leonardo can get into, we will wait until June, 3.
Central Intelligence
The last film on our list, Central Intelligence, stars none other than Dwayne Johnson. Of course we want to see this film specifically just to watch The Rock kick some butt but we hear it will also provide use with a good laugh. This film will be released on June, 17.
