Have you ever spent any time under a bridge? I did that quite a bit when I was a teenager. No, I wasn’t in that line of work… the truth is less scandalous. I simply liked looking at all the great graffiti.
I always felt that the graffiti artists under the bridges put in just a little more effort, you know? It was more mural, and less stylized angry dick pics. I’m not judging, I just didn’t find that kind of work very… inspiring, you know?
I needed something with a bit more depth, so to speak, something that Portuguese artist Odeith’s work has in spades. Seriously, check these out. Since 2005 he’s gained international recognition for his anamorphic murals. After having gone through his collection, I can see exactly why. They’re not your run-of-the-mill tagging or dick picks. They’re visceral, they jump out at you.
