When people get busy, health and fitness almost always becomes the first casualty. For instance, a person would do a set of reserve barbell curls and then a set of seated incline dumbbell curls back-to-back to create a super-set. This super-set is then performed three times. The benefits of this are two-fold. Not only does it shave time off the workout by eliminating rest periods, but muscles are challenged more by super-sets allowing for better results.

Protein

In order to keep those muscles nourished, it is essential to consume protein after a workout has been completed.
