Gi Flybike, the latest in compact bicycles

Yesterday, the Gi Flybike Kickstarter campaign was launched and, at this moment, it has surpassed its goal. But, what´s the fuss about? We´ve all seen a folding bike, and all of them seem useful enough, but this project has several characteristics that set it apart from the others.

To begin with, folding it is as easy as it gets. Pull a handle, lift and its done. In less than a second you have it folded and ready to store anywhere. It´s only 1m long and 1m tall, so it´s very easy to fit almost everywhere.

However, the thing that I find sets it apart from the rest is its style. The wheels look awesome with its eight spokes, and the plain white makes it very stylish. The chain is covered, which makes it look even better and eliminates the risk of getting your pants stuck in it.

And tthere are several other perks that help make it the best. An antitheft system which blocks the wheels and chain, a charging dock for your phone and an app from which you can get all sorts of data about your use of the bike.

And all of this great stuff doesn´t even take into account the fact that it has an electric motor! With a battery which allows you to make at least 60km without stopping to recharge, this product will make commuting a pleasure!
