Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar — Official Movie Trailer #4

I’ve been looking forward to Christoper Nolan’s Interstellar for a long time now, which is why it’s kind of funny that I’ve written absolutely nothing about the movie here on the site. Syncopy Films – Christoper Nolan’s production company – has released multiple trailers over the past year.

I haven’t covered any of them, but that’s fine because the latest trailer – trailer #4 – is the best of the lot anyway. If you’ve happened to see the other ones, they sometimes felt a little like a compilation of people crying. I agree that global warming is a serious problem, but let’s keep it together people! So on that note, here’s the latest fantastic new trailer. Get ready for a glimpse into a world that looks absolutely… stellar.

Interstellar Movie – Official Trailer 3

For those of you that have heard the movie, this trailer needs no introduction. If you haven’t heard anything about Interstellar, or simply haven’t seen any of the other trailers, here’s the deal. Earth is becoming more and more inhospitable due to global warming, and humanity has decided to send astronauts into interstellar space as a last ditch effort to find a habitable planet to replace Earth.

Matthew McConaughey may seem like an odd choice for a Sci-fi drama, but I assure you he has the acting chops for this movie. If you haven’t seen Mud, definitely check it out. It’s a strange movie, but you’ll see just how talented he really is. But I digress.

I’m a bit of a space nut, and the imagery in Interstellar looks phenomenal. I just hope the story is every bit as interesting as the movie is beautiful. Either way we’re going to find out on November 7th, 2014 when the movie finally hits theaters. I’m super pumped, and I hope my faith in Nolan’s film making abilities isn’t misplaced.
