If it has more than one wheel and moves fast, we write about it. Our writers love finding the latest, greatest, and craziest vehicles on the road – from cars to motorcycles and everything in between, we cover it all.

Lamborghini Aventador J

Not to be outdone by the all-new Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, Lamborghini is bringing a very special supercar to the Geneva Motor Show.  The car is super-exclusive, only one will be made for a very rich customer; it’s called the Lamborghini Aventador J.  The “J” stands for Appendix J from one of the FIA’s rule books.

The Lamborghini Aventador J speedster is based on the Aventador supercar and it looks like the perfect car for Speed Racer.  The designers chopped the roof off the Aventador and put on a very small windshield, if you want to call it that.  continue reading →

Killer Whale Submarine Watercraft

Jesse, from Free Willy, wishes he had access to this back in 1993 when he saved his beloved orca killer whale.  The Killer Whale “Submarine” is a two-person watercraft designed after the Orcinus Orca and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 50mph over the water’s surface and can reach speeds of 25mph while submerged.

The watercraft is capable of submerging underwater about five feet deep as the integrated snorkel in the dorsal fins needs access to air. The watercraft features watertight half-inch thick acrylic canopy which has push and pull twin control levers which articulate the whale’s pectoral fins to execute rolls and stealthy dives just like the real whale. continue reading →

Mercedes AMG Marauder Speedboat

A luxury automaker making a cigarette racing boat? Yep, the Mercedes AMG Marauder Cigarette Boat was revealed at the 2012 Miami Boat show.  The Black Series 50’ Marauder gets its inspiration from the Mercedes C63 AMG Black series but unlike the 510-horsepower 6.3-liter V8, the Cigarette boat features a pair of Mercury Racing engines putting out a combined horsepower of 2,700 horsepower!

Mercedes partnership with Cigarette speedboats is nothing new. In the past, they also collaborated on an SLS-inspired 46’ speedboat. The 50-footer seen here is not only built for speed but also has luxurious touches which are to be expected from a company like Mercedes Benz. continue reading →

Jaguar XF Sportbrake

Last year I spent three days test driving and beating the hell out of the powerful Jaguar XFR sports sedan, I really enjoyed my time with the car.  One of the things I really like about the XF is its styling, it looks very different from the average European/Japanese sports sedan.  So when I heard Jaguar was making an XF station wagon, I was worried they’d ruin the design but I’m happy to report the XF Sportbrake looks pretty good. continue reading →

It’s a great time to be alive for the sports car lovers and especially for lovers of Japanese sports cars.  It’s been well over a decade and a half since we’ve had an offering of this many sports cars, although the topic of this post is a concept car but one can dream…

The car I’m talking about is the ultra-sexy Infiniti Emerg-E hybrid supercar; it looks like it came from a famous Italian design-house.  The car will be officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March and hopefully Infiniti will continue reading →

special edition Bentley Mulsanne Mulliner

The Bentley Mulsanne is one hell of a car and most of use mere mortals would love to own one someday.  However the regular Mulsanne isn’t enough for some of Bentley’s customers and the German-owned British manufacturer is producing a special version of the car for customers looking for “a sportier look, feel, and character”.  I don’t understand how one could look for “more” when they have a Bentley Mulsanne, I guess once I’m a billionaire; I might be able to shed some light on this problem. continue reading →
